Ordering
Do I need to pay anything when I place the order?
No. There is no deposit and no online payment. You order with your name, phone number and address, and you pay the courier only when the pair is in your hands.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation by email, and our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the model, size and a delivery time that suits you. If you have not heard from us within one working day, message us — the phone number may have been entered incorrectly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or contact our customer support team, as soon as possible.
Sizing and fit
How do I choose the right size?
Start with our size guide. Measure your foot in centimetres, in the evening, while standing, and compare it against the chart for that brand.
Do these brands run true to size?
It varies. Golden Goose and Philippe Model generally run slightly large — many customers take half a size down. Maison Margiela tends to run true to size. If you are between sizes or unsure, send us your usual size and your foot length in centimetres and we will recommend one.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free anywhere in Georgia. Express delivery costs 10 GEL if you want the fastest available slot.
Do you deliver outside Georgia?
Yes, we also send parcels abroad. If you would like to use this service, contact us by email at infoblisssneakers@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
What if I am not home when the courier arrives?
The courier calls before arriving and will make one further attempt on the next working day. After two unsuccessful attempts the order is returned to us and cancelled — you can simply reorder when it suits you.
