1. Measure in the evening — feet swell slightly through the day.

2. Put a sheet of A4 on the floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.

3. Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil. It is not always the big toe.

4. Measure from the wall to the mark. Do both feet and use the larger number.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one.
